Michael was great, took the time to explain all the perks of the XC60, and then took me out on a test drive. Needless to say I was hooked! Have had the vehicle for 5 days now, and nothing but good things to say about how nice the XC60 drives, and how well I was treated at the dealership. thank you!

"Excellent Service!" Over the last nine years, I have received excellent service from every employee that I have dealt with at Ferman Volvo. I usually deal with Matt Ketchum, who calls me by name, notifies me of what is going on with my car, and gives me excellent advice over the phone. "Purchase " The sales representative, Josh McCain, was great. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided responses. We learned about this company via Auto Trader. During this quarantine period, purchasing a car the nontraditional way raised a lot of doubt. Josh made this process painless. Just as promised, the car was brought to us safe and sound. We were able to test drive the vehicle and sign the original documents. Now we are proud owners of a Volvo XC60 Inscription.
