Having my 2021 XC60 serviced is a pleasant experience. Really. Scheduling is simple. Take my car on time; better than expected turnaround; is returned washed and vacuumed. The service folks are pleasant, professional. Doing business with Ferman has been a positive experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable but your waiting area is too small and uncomfortable. I also went in for an oil change and wasn’t told they were doing an update. It resulted in me being there almost two hours I was not counting on

Sharon made sure my mechanical need was immediately met and then let me know that no charge would be needed as the tire repair was still under warrant. I then called to learn how the tire notice on my dash could be undone, recalculated and taken off the dashboard notice. Well done.
