Very friendly staff especially our salesman Michael. He explained all the new features of the XC60. We got a fair trade in price for our 2016 Cadillac SUV and drove home confident that we made an excellent purchase. I have purchased two Volvos from this dealership and will continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman they had to call around and find the car I wanted. When I purchased my XC40 in 2019 they were brand new and Ferman ordered the exact car I wanted from the manufacturer.
