Good Selection, Great Customer Service Looked at 3 dealers before stopping into Ferman. Should have started here. Walked in and was greeted by Jonathan Semidey. He asked what brought me in, I told him what I was looking for and he took me to view one of the 2 they had in stock. Great Experience Arrived 10 minutes before schedule, they had oil changed, tries rotated and service complete in 35 minutes. I was doing emails, watching the news and drinking complimentary coffee - next thing I knew the called my name and car was in front of the door. Honestly, the atmosphere is so nice I want to stay - haha!

5 Star Dealership and Service Department Since my purchase of a new Dodge SRT Challenger in September of 2015 I have impressed at every point of my contact with this business. The purchase process was a breeze, the first time in my over 70 years of age. The Service department, starting with the service writers/advisors, and particularly the techs have proven over the last three (3) years to be one of the finest I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
Gheorge was very nice, accommodating. I would recommend him to a friend. I wasn’t a big fan of the finance guy that helped me, but overall ok.
