Solid as always. Service Advisor Jason Logue and I met some weeks ago to plan a strategy to address some issues with my 2007 Commander, which I purchased from Ferman Jeep in 2008. We prioritized the work and then -- over the course of three visits -- got the work done, When I needed a ride home during one of those visits, Jason set it up.
