oil change Tire valve missing on rear when we arrived at home from service.So no now we have to go buy one.Tech should be more aware of replacing items after service.

Awesome Service Jason Logue was awesome service specialist and really helped with all of my questions! Service was quick and they checked out all of the problems I had with my vehicle.

Worthy Visit I went to Ferman NPR expecting for this experience to be like every other one we all want to avoid whenever purchasing a new vehicle. Well, I met this guy named Ken Levicki that quickly put all of the anxiety to an end; his honest approach of what would you like vs. cost. Ken believes in getting you the most for lowest cost. Above and Beyond Expectations - On his day off! My fiance and I went to the Jeep dealership not really knowing what to expect. We had a timeline of about a month, and did not necessarily need to buy immediately. Happy New Jeep owner Joseph Vega, Robert Packard and the entire team at Ferman were amazing. From start to finish, which took all day (not their fault) it was ours, they worked with us and did everything that they could to ensure that we were happy and satisfied customers, and that we got the best deal possible. Excellent service! Recall done on a quick timely fashion!!The service Manager , Jamie was polite, & was thoughtful in letting me know how long the recall repair would.. To his credit the repair was done exactly as he stated. It was a very pleasant experience..
