Steven and Scott were friendly and relatable. They were fantastic, couldn't have had an easier time buying a new vehicle. This was not your typical dealing that you can expect from dealers, you know what I'm talking about, high pressure pain in the butt sales tactics. It was actually the opposite. This is the third car I've bought from the Ferman group and would recommend them highly.
