The oil change service was fast and friendly. I got called and updated very quickly. I wish a car wash and vacuum service was included
Great selection of Jeeps to include Force Custom’s modified Jeep’s. The whole process finding to purchasing was very easy and no pressure. The salesperson walked us through all the lines features and financing options. We highly encourage all Jeep enthusiasts to give the Ferman family first look it will be worth it.

Easy in & out. Service done right first or second visit depending upon parts availability. The shuttle was a very nice service provided. My service advisor kept me up to date on repairs.

Best dealership atmosphere I have ever been in. The salesperson was incredible in every aspect. Had a great knowledge of the vehicle I purchased, the moment I gave a stock number he had the keys in hand and ready for my test drive for when I arrived after my two hour drive to see the vehicle. Before I even reached the Gladiator he was already outside and knew who I was and what I was there for. I have already recommended this dealership and to friends and family members and I will continue to do so.
I have purchased several new and used vehicles over the years and this one was, by far, the absolute BEST! Of note, Walt Wallace was the kindest and most flexible sales manager I have ever encountered. Went in looking to purchase a 2020 SXT that was listed on the website amoung several other SXT's. I had already gone to CarMax to get a appraisal for my 2016 SE to know what my options were. Salesman was good .Why didn't Ferman Dodge offer some Salesman was good .Why didn't Ferman Dodge offer some free Oil changes I spent over 43000 including tax?I was disappointed that no oil changes were included. I have gone in for a free oil change and have traded vehicles right there. Don't be cheap it cost you money
