I had requested electrical wiring repaired along with changing out headlight bulbs. Since I purchased and brought my own parts which I learned later that the service manager would not allow bulbs to be changed. I had thought that the electrical wiring I requested repaired was not completed. I will have to double check my receipt to verify whether I was charged for electrical work. My tire was losing air on 5/14 which was the last day of my bumper tp bumper dealer warranty so I called for service that day. It was very hard to get a "live" person on the phone- my messages were not returned- so I kept calling until finally I told the receptionist I would have to talk with a manager. She then said David Frankie would call me right back. He called me about 15 to 20 minutes later. I explained the situation. He said it was then too late to came out that day.
