My tire was losing air on 5/14 which was the last day of my bumper tp bumper dealer warranty so I called for service that day. It was very hard to get a "live" person on the phone- my messages were not returned- so I kept calling until finally I told the receptionist I would have to talk with a manager. She then said David Frankie would call me right back. He called me about 15 to 20 minutes later. I explained the situation. He said it was then too late to came out that day. I have been searching for a particular truck for a while. I drove by and saw it on their lot. I went in and met Marriah. She was very helpful. Brought my Jeep into them for my check engine light. They were backed up told me it would be a couple days. It turned out they got it in right away and I had it back the next day.

Have started using Ferman for service and they have done a good on so far. Easy to set up the appointment online and work has been on time. Used the shuttle once and waited once. Looked at a new vehicle as well, and the experience was quick and professional, as well as getting a good deal.

Travis was friendly and communicative with me. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but I guess everything is more expensive these days. Overall I’m very satisfied with the quality of work and friendliness of the staff.
