Everybody was very friendly. My vehicle was ready early. My actual bill was close to their estimate. Once they knew I had a vehicle in for servicing they didn't pester me when I wondered the show room or the new car lot.

It's a busy dealership. But they got my oul changed in a reasonable amount of time. Didn't check my tires at first, so had to wait for them to do that, but it was quick. Didn't get a car wash...maybe that service is no longer offered?

I drove over 2 and 1/2 hours round trip to come to FTS I am throughly satisfied and the finance guy handled it very smoothly and efficiently. No stubbles no glitches. Purely. And. Surely completely. Satisfied And will recommend. FTS to others

When I came in to drop off my car. There were 8 Ferman employees having a good old time. As I stood there for 15 minutes until Matt came in. It was poop show when I came to pick it up? I stood there for 25 minutes. Again until Matt came in and helped me. Thank you Matt!! Sorry but that's my experience!

Wow! ! What an incredible experience we had at Ferman Chevrolet buying a new Suburban. Tracy was our saleswoman and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!
