The service here is the best. I had the logo and emblem to put on my Nissan Cube. I do not know much about the new automobile finishes so I was reluctant to prepare and replace them myself. I went to the body shop. Thanks to Shannon and Tim my car parts were in place and I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes total. They were very friendly and professional and I will not hesitate to take my vehicle there again if needed.

I have always been less than excited to enter a dealership to buy a car. I had gone to a few other dealerships to look at cars but walked away because I felt overwhelmed or I wasn't getting treated fairly since I am a woman. When I went to Fermans I worked with Sarah and she showed me a few used cars. She was upfront and never made me feel pressured. She ended up giving me an amazing price on a car that I am in love with also a great trade in value on my old car which I knew was about to kick the bucket. The rest of the staff was very friendly every time I walked by.
Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really worked hard to make us feel comfortable and was willing to break a sweat (literally) to make sure we were completely satisfied with the deal as well as the vehicle.
