The service department knew I was in the jam. In the truck was leaving town for a job. They squeezed me in and got me on the computer and got me out of there as soon as possible.
Anthony was very knowledgeable about the trucks and was able to show and point out the features and differences between the 2 models I was looking at. He helped me with the OnStar set up. Very professional. I had previously purchased a truck from Freeman and reached out to Bogi. He completed the sale and was very professional and explained everything to me in detail
Everyone was very professional, even though I had to wait longer for my vehicle the advisor that took care of me , said that because of they long wait I got my car detailed and a free oil change for the inconveniences. That was much appreciated by me. Thanks so much!
There was black marks all over white paint from the work that was done. Advisor told me the car would be washed but obviously it wasn’t. Took me a bit to remove the black stuff on my bumpwr

The dealership in itself is very nice. The people who work there are super nice and not at all pushy. Pricing negotiation went very smoothly and to both parties a fair price. The reason I didn't write you with five stars is because the detail work inside was acceptable, but was not as good as I thought it should have been. Thank you for providing a pleasurable experience.
It was easy to make the reservation. When I arrived I checked in with Tony , and I waited for my vehicle in the customer lounge. Tony notifies me when it was done. Easy and stress free process !
