Better than excellent...hard to top! Excellent service and friendly personnel. Work is always top-notch. I have depended on Ferman's service for seven years and refuse to change. Tom Meinhold is the most knowledgeable, kind and considerate - the best in the business.

Highly recommend My entire experience from the initial purchase until the end was outstanding. Keith Quackenbush who was my primary salesman did his job and was very knowledgeable about the pickup. The sales manager Chance Hatcher was also very helpful in many ways answering any questions that I had. A few days later when we discovered the radio was not working properly Chance and the General Manager John Reece both did what was needed to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement radio. Friendly Dealership was clean and nice. Sales people were kind and helpful. Car was waiting, ready for me when I arrived. They were willing to satisfy my needs and we were able to make a deal.

Always helpful and always work with you for all issues Whether service is a big job or just asking to have air put in your car you always get the same top of the line service Sales Dept whether you are buying or just walking by everyone stops an saids hello

Best car dealership experience! Ferman Chevy gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. Joe was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. It didn’t feel like he pressured me like most dealerships or car salesmen do. He gave me the very best deal I could have gotten on my brand new Chevy Malibu. I would recommend him to anybody!

Would not go anywhere else! I always receive awesome service when I bring in my vehicle. Rob Marchido always handles any concerns I have and offers great customer service not only to myself but to other customers that I see come in. I also inquired on a trade value on my vehicle where I received a pretty great offer from Coleton Reece. I would not bring my car anywhere else! Thank you to Billy, Rob and Coleton.
