Broken Motor Mount Tom Meinhold greeted me cheerfully as always, to check on a hard shifting (an occasional "clunk") problem. I left the vehicle for service. Tom arranged for a shuttle ride home, with a very pleasant driver. Tom called soon with the diagnosis: a broken motor mount, not the expensive transmission problem that I feared. The motor mount was repaired and the same cheerful shuttle driver returned me to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. No pressure, attentive staff and a good experience overall. Bought a used 2018 Camaro from here. Called and let them know I was coming. Tracy had the car I wanted to look at ready and running for me when I arrived. She gave me plenty of time to look over the car and when I was ready we discussed the finances. She was very knowledgeable about the car and quickly worked with the manager on the numbers. Chance was very responsive and sat down with me to let me know what he could do with those numbers.
