Great Experience Phil & the finance guy (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) were very patient with us and did not rush us through any part of the process. It was late, we were all tired and would have preferred to be home, but they stayed to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Phil even came to our house to pick up our trade-in vehicle.

Treated like a friend Since I have had my Colorado for a little over 3 years it has had a slight transmission shudder intermittent problem and every time I go in for a oil change. Have asked about it and it couldn't be replicated by the technician. This visit it was found and a bulletin came up 18-NA-145 everything was updated and now it drives like a brand new truck.
