This is my 4th vehicle purchased at this Ferman dealership and it is always an easy, stress free process. This purchase was a used vehicle for our daughter, I explained to Mark what we were looking for and he set us up with a great 2018 Chevy, our daughter couldn’t be happier. The finance process with Rick was quick and easy, they have this process down to make is smooth. Overall the staff at Ferman is great to work with, they also perform all of the service on my vehicles which is another simple, stress free process.

I showed up at the dealer early Saturday morning to have my Son's car serviced before he went on along trip. I normally see Rob but he was with another guest at the time. Tony Lang wrote me up for Rob. That's the type of team work there is at Ferman Chevy. The car checked out good, just needed an oil change and tires rotated. I will keep bringing my cars there because I know I'll always get this kind of great service.
