I went up to Rob M and told him what I wanted and everything was completed in a timely manner. I requested a ride home instead of waiting and the lady got me home pretty quickly. I have never had bad service and would recommend Ferman Chevrolet to anyone.

I came in to have an oil leak checked on 1/19/21. the service adviser and I agreed the oil might as well be changed since it would be due in just a couple of hundred more miles. After I brought my car home I still had the oil leak. Steve was able to get my car back in ASAP, address the leak, and send me on my way with minimal more aggravation.
