I love working with Tracy. She knows exactly what I want and works tirelessly to make it happen. It’s awesome when you kinda know what you want then she shows you something that she thinks will fit you perfectly and as soon as you see it you know she is right

This is our 3rd car purchased from Ferman / Tarpon Springs starting with our 40th anniversary Corvette in 1993 (which we still own). Without question, we had a terrific experience with the entire staff, especially Phil Marchitelli. He went overboard to make us feel comfortable and confident. Phil, is a true professional and we will go out of our way to recommend him and Ferman.

I didn't appreciate the person working on my truck to lock all my keys in the truck and then lock the doors. He needs to relearn how to do things properly, I also had left my windows open to keep the inside of my truck cooler and he rolled them up and had the AC on full blast, I never ever run the AC full blast. If my windows are ajar, then kindly leave them that way and don't change my AC settings, unless you are working on the AC.

Phil and his team were absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous and indecisive, being that this is the first NEW car I have ever purchased, yet Phil was very patient and helpful. Phil was my favorite out of everyone I spoke to - sometimes car dealers seem to try to confuse you on purpose... but Phil I felt like I could trust. I ended up driving away in my new car feeling very confident about my decision. I would definitely turn to them again in the future when it comes time for my fiancé to buy a new car as well.

This is a first class dealership. The sales team is not high pressure and service team is the best. I have purchased four new cars there, my son has purchased three there, and my sister has purchased at least four there. We all feel the same way.
