Jim Allison was the best person helping me with my car. I also talked to Bogi Enkhtaivan. My husband really enjoyed Bogi earlier and Steve enjoyed him prior to Steves death. Jim was perfect with me. I truly enjoyed him. I feel he's more a friend. As the first name mentioned, I have no idea who he is so I left no mention. But again Jim Allison is wonderful!!
Great communication, transparency on fees. Both salesmen and finance managers (Bogi) were great. Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon is make a big difference on customer service, keeping customers informed about everything.

Tony the service manager is amazing. Even though I own an 18 year old car (2007 Pontiac Solstice ) he was able to locate the part that was needed. He kept trying and trying until the repair was a success. Thank you Tony!!
I was promptly greeted when I walked up and Tracey escorted me inside and checked to see who my sales person was. Coincidentally, Tracey was my sales person. She immediately asked what I was looking for and listened intently. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to all departments heads.
