Overall, an easy purchase that was handled very efficiently. However, the car had a burned out headlight and as it turned out, a dying a/c system. 10 year old Mercedes so no warranty. Expensive repair! Do yourself as favor when buying a used car. Get an independent mechanic evaluation!

Appears to be extremely competent. Resolved a serious issue on a C8. Only criticism is that their so focused on customer satisfaction that some minor issues are not addressed. Example: C8 has 2 trunks, front (called the frunk) & rear, keyfob opens each individually. Keyfob wasn’t opening the front trunk and was mentioned as a secondary issue when the vehicle was brought in for a major starting issue, major was addressed but not the minor.
