I am very pleased with Ferman Chevrolet service department. I had never been there before and the signs clearly marked the location of the service department. Sandy greeted me and was very polite. It was time for my battery replacement on my Silverado and oil change. The dealership is clean and I met friendly staff. Everything was explained upfront and including the costs. The service was quick and they did call me to tell me that my truck is ready. The truck was washed on the outside and it’s running good. Overall I had a great experience. Will be visiting again. Brett Wheaton was amazing! Very knowledgeable and quick! I was shocked, I was in and out of there within 2 hours! Also, I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses in my trade and called the next day, he was right on it and I was able to get them back. I was having a hard time giving up my trade, as I loved my car, but it’s replacement is amazing! The redline traverse had just about everything my car had. Brett made my experience much easier!
