After searching for the perfect vehicle for my family, I found what I was looking for at Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs. I reached out to Keith. He was very helpful through out the process. I did the pre qualification form online and within hours we were driving to pick up our new Chevy Silverado 2500. We were in the dealership less than 30 minutes. The whole process was very smooth. Definitely recommended 100%

Service was timely and to the point of my problem and covered by my warranty. If it persists we have a plan in place. The service department always greets me warmly.

Bogi Enkht, was a great help. He was one of the main reasons why I purchased from Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs. This purchase was for a company-owned vehicle. He was smart, informed, helpful, extremely pleasant, and genuine. Great customer service. Oil change completed and they noticed two nails in one of the tires. They ordered a new tire and put the spare on. Once the tire came in we brought the suburban back and within 30 minutes the new tire was mounted and we were on our way. Thanks again.

Appointments are easy to make on line. Check in is quick and easy and the customer service reps are very friendly. Oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. On all three I have worked with Keith Quackenbush. He is a very patient person, who understands what the customer is looking for and does his best to meet your needs. The finance department is fantastic and gets us out and on the road very quickly.
