Lack of communication was one of the biggest problems. I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew at least it would be seen on the day of my appointment. Then come to find out it wouldn't even be seen until the next day where the main mechanic was not even there to look at it.
