My husband and I called Universal Roof to set up an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof and 3 skylights. Our call was answered promptly and an appointment was set the next week. Dalton came out and showed us the differences between shingles, walked our roof to measure our skylights and assess the condition of the plywood underneath the shingles. Stefan Praskov and his repair crew did a truly outstanding job of repairing some minor deficiencies on our recent roof installation. They showed up on time, ready to work, explained what they were going to do and did it in record time.
