A great experience, from start to finish. Marty explained everything in detail before contract. Brian and Raven were informative and very professional. I would also like to recognize Mike Ramos and his team for doing a superlative job on our roof and chimney top. He was at the site the entire time of the installation, kept me informed with progress photos and came back another day to complete the chimney top. The house looks 20 years younger with the new roof.
They new roof and gutters look great. All work was done quickly and on schedule. More importantly, all phases of my roof project were handled professionally and courteously by all of the staff. My project supervisor Brian was easy to reach and responded instantly to any questions that I had. I would recommend Universal Roofing to anyone considering any kind of roof work
From our first exchange with Universal Roofing we felt as if we had picked the right company. We were assigned Mike Ramos as our Project Manager and I can’t say enough positive things about Mike. He was prompt, courteous and his communication skills are excellent. The crew was adept and excellent. And at the end of the project our site/lawn/driveway/ shrubs were neat and tidy.
