Shannon came first to replace cartridge in valve, but it was still leaking. He didn’t do anything wrong, the valve needed to be replaced. Preston did an excellent job replacing valve in bathroom shower. He completed the job quickly. Both Shannon and Preston were very professional and congenial. The owner applied the cost of the cartridge replacement to the valve job which was a very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing for any plumbing issues,

I contacted Superior Plumbing after seeing their excellent reviews in Yelp. I contacted Superior in the morning and Shannon was there at noon! He assessed the problem with my hot water heater, took a quick trip out for parts, returned and installed a new anode. Shannon was professional, friendly and informative, letting me know what he was doing each step of the way. I never thought I’d have this issue addressed the same day.
Very nice work and great prices! Easy to get the quote and work done next business day. Preston was nice to work with. Was getting water back up on the floor as the cast iron drain was overflowing on the drain cycles. Sent a message and within the hour Shannon arrived to help snake the pipe and test it and it’s all good now. I will recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks again!! Ps. Prices are fair and reasonable.
On my neighbor’s recommendation, I hired Superior Plumbing to re-line my 52-year old galvanized steel sewage pipes running underneath my home’s concrete slab and tiled floors.
