Not specific to the branch, the bank in general is the worst.bank.I.have.ever.had.regular.dealing with. Hold your money to ransom, can't spend when you want, they out stupid guidelines on your own money. If you ever travel..oh boy you better be ready for ZERO help if you have any banking needs. When I first opened my account I was told 10-14 days on receiving my card. Made sure I was back in town to get it as I am an over the road truck driver. (It was being sent to the bank as I am in the process of moving. I called about getting the card and was told, "I'm sorry, the order was not processed. We will expedite it to the branch." Two weeks later the card finally arrived. Tried to have my boss pick it up, but no I had to do it. The staff were great. I had no clue what I was doing because I've never set anything up before but they were nice and made it easy. There was no stress and as the introvert I am I appreciated that I wasn't hit with a barrage of questions. All in all it is a great place.
