I’ve been a member with OCCU for years. With Covid, my branch is temporarily closed and I opted to visit this one when I had a banking need. First thing you notice as you come into the facility is a security guard right inside. A line of offices down the left side and at the back is the tellers. LeAndera did a great and professional job in assisting with my loan agreement.
Worked with Julian to get an auto loan. Nice gentleman but he doesn’t know a whole lot about this area of banking. I keep find out things that he told me that are not true. It’s very frustrating. I spend more time than I should have to because this guy just doesn’t know what he’s saying with regards to auto loans. If you use OCCU save yourself the headache and time and work with someone else.
So far my experience is negative. Apparently my checks are not going to clear all month apparently and the woman who opened my account didn’t so much as offer her name and hardly acknowledged me at all. Maybe they have a problem with white boys or something. It’s my money not yours. I’d like to access it.
