If you want an attorney you can communicate with do NOT go with My25!!! NONE of the people who actually ANSWER phone calls KNOW anything about your case. EVERYTHING takes about a YEAR and THEY hold YOUR money for MONTHS after the insurance company releases it. The customer care line is a JOKE. It says if you leave a message before a certain time you get a same day return call… it’s been MONTHS of calling and going to the office… NOTHING. If communication and to be informed is what you will need look elsewhere. They have had my case almost two years and every time there is communication I initiate. I have never spoken to an attorney because case managers are handling the cases. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra fees for a great team that will communicate throughout your case.
