Rodney is an excellent technician. He actually arrived before the scheduled appointment window, having texted beforehand to confirm. Very professional and thorough with the maintenance of our HVAC system. Highly recommend.

Our technician TJ came out and took a look at our system today. He quickly started the process of getting a sales rep out to get us a quote on the needed work. Very happy so far with McGee as they have twice gave me a solution to my issues without coming out and also acted fast when it was time for a technician to get involved. Austin Townes was absolutely amazing. His kindness and service were top notch. Because of him McGees has a customer for life. I will use McGees for all my HVAC needs and want to start a maintenance plan as well. Amazing young man!!!

Had an issue with my lower level heat on a very cold night. Called McGee Heating & Air. They were able to send a technician out the very next day. Travis P. arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide me with various options for resolution. Daniel MT did a repair on one of our two HVAC units. He arrived promptly, went straight to work and fixed the problems expediently. He is competent, cheerful and nice to work with. Most importantly, his integrity and honesty is impeccable as is McGee Heating & Air's. They saved us hundreds of $$ for which we are grateful.
