Our technician TJ came out and took a look at our system today. He quickly started the process of getting a sales rep out to get us a quote on the needed work. Very happy so far with McGee as they have twice gave me a solution to my issues without coming out and also acted fast when it was time for a technician to get involved. Semi-annual fall maintenance service by Rod Clinkscales. Arrived promptly. Made call advising arrival time. Wore coverings over his shoes. Made thorough inspection of furnace, changed intake filters, and answered all questions. Personable and knowledgeable - the ideal service professional!

Kevin Miller came out because my heat wasn’t working. He told me the problem, fixed it, and gave me a lot of information about HVAC systems. He’s great! Definitely deserves a raise!! He also told me about your maintenance plan which sounds great, and I intend to call you guys first thing Monday morning and sign up for it. (This is Saturday today). T. J. Serviced my HVAC unit today, heating side and did an excellent job quick and efficient. Checked calibration on thermostat checked temp, rise, and left a new filters. Excellent job TJ.
