Austin Townes came to service our heating unit. He kept in-touch through text messages letting us know he was on his way. He was very courteous and friendly. Our house felt colder than it was running so he checked it for us and it was warming up to good temperature. Then we asked about an unnerving humming and he told us what it was and assured us that it wasn't the unit going-out but going into defrost-mode. Austin Townes came out to help us figure out if our unit was blowing warm enough and find out why the unit made a humming noise. He checked the temps and all was good. He told us the humming was normal and even forced the unit to hum and I agreed, Yes, that's it. He recommended some options to fix the things that we saw as a concern when they are typically normal.
