Had an issue with my lower level heat on a very cold night. Called McGee Heating & Air. They were able to send a technician out the very next day. Travis P. arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide me with various options for resolution. Anthony G. Did an Awesome job with the install of our new Heating and Air System. Jake was the foreman and Mason was the man that had to climb around in my attic to put in the new system. All three guys did the most excellent job. I am super happy with their work and how they cleaned up so well. Collin came out to my house this afternoon for the winter inspection of my heating system. He had to go both in my crawl space and my attic to run through his tests. He’s a SUPER nice young man and impressed me with his thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you McGee for hiring good people.
New Trane installation. Chase and Brock arrive on time and worked tirelessly all day. They did not even stop for a lunch break. They cleaned up well after the installation. Took time to answer all my questions. Both were very polite and did a great job. Thank you McGee Heating and Air.
Our technician TJ came out and took a look at our system today. He quickly started the process of getting a sales rep out to get us a quote on the needed work. Very happy so far with McGee as they have twice gave me a solution to my issues without coming out and also acted fast when it was time for a technician to get involved.
