I had a technician out last Wednesday. He let me know that I needed a new fan motor. Someone from the parts department called me with the price and said it would be ordered that same day and would ship out of SC. Friday at 4:15 I still had not been told whether or not the part had come in. I asked that they contact the seller for tracking. After they contacted the seller I was told that the part would not be in until Monday morning and would be installed that morning. I had the team that was working with Mr Ben Emery of McGee Heating & Air, Inc come to my house back in early September 2024. They, per my request, installed my new mini-split air conditioner ( also known as a ductless heating & cooling package) system. They did an excellent job from beginning to end.
