I had the team that was working with Mr Ben Emery of McGee Heating & Air, Inc come to my house back in early September 2024. They, per my request, installed my new mini-split air conditioner ( also known as a ductless heating & cooling package) system. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Very polite young man checked the unit finding no problems. I asked him to try to find out why no heat in back bedroom. After checking several places he determined the problem was a deteriorating ductwork. He was able to fix the current problem but advised that because of age I might continue to have more issues in future so should plan for more expense. Because I have maintenance plan this was much less expensive visit. I’m so glad to have found McGee!

Just signed on to a service contract with McGee. Price was fair and everyone at their office was friendly, helpful and professional. Isaac, their service technician arrived as scheduled, was very personable, answered all my questions, and was thorough in checking everything. I am very pleased with their service. Had service call on November 2. As before, technician arrived as scheduled with timely notification prior to arrival. Excellent service. My 89 year old mother, that just had a hip replacement, heating system stopped working during the night. I called McGee at 6:45 am and explained her situation. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. A Technician was at her house by 7:30 am and made the repairs. I am so grateful for McGee’s service. Will absolutely use them again.
