Highly unprofessional group of people who not only do not respond but withhold your money and then overcharge what the original contact stated. Never again ! Worst experience ever ! Terry the account payable won’t return phone calls for over 8 weeks nor is she capable of even writing a proper check. Thieves ! The absolute WORST experience! Completely unprofessional. My communications thru email, text & phone were not only ignored but we were basically ghosted for 3 straight weeks after a piece we owned sold $600 under the reserve (*4 ITEMS HAD A RESERVE). A Tarkay was also almost sold under reserve as well but I brought it to their attention & sale was cancelled. My experience turned out very well. I had reservations about the whole auction experience and Josh was very accommodating and came by my house and gave me an offer for my painting. Thank you very much Josh.
My experience with Josh Kodner is mixed. Personally I like him. Professionally I see lots of opportunities with how he conducts business. I agreed with Josh to sell 5 original Britto paintings and 2 other paintings for a total of 7 paintings mainly ranging 6 feet long x 5 feet wide so big paintings.
