We took our sweet kitty Juniper in for an ultrasound to find the source of an ongoing infection in her body. Dr. G was there with us the first visit and immediately diagnosed her with internal bleeding and started a plan to search for answers. Dr. Hanning was there the second visit and with tears in her eyes helped us fight and she saved Junipers life. Dr Mike, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the staff were amazing. They are not my normal vet, but only non ER vet I could find open on a Sunday. Our lab, Blackjack, was looking frail, potbellied, and wouldn't eat over the weekend. While I didn't have an appointment, they saw him, diagnosed him with a splenic mass. They performed emergency surgery that evening, staying late to care for my pup. They removed a 16.3 lb mass from our normally 85ish lb dog. Had it ruptured, it may have killed him. I took my Son Heisman in after I noticed a lump in around his throats area. I took him in and received the the worst initial diagnosis a pet owner could receive. I took the recommendation for surgery for a biopsy to determine if we could attack the Cancer with chemo... $2,000 later, there was nothing they could do, the lymphoma was very aggressive and had spread.
