Outstanding service & compassion
I had an emergency with my dog today after she aspirated a large amount of water at the dog park, and all the staff was great, especially considering I was not an established client and I came in 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday! Dr Mike helped my old girl with her eye problem ,no one else could..
The entire staff, from the time walked in to the time we left and even the next day went above and beyond. Our dog had a wound and we were explained everything and options with estimated prices. What we received was the most service with the least amount of cost. Honest, professional, and accommodating, I highly recommend this animal clinic.
I bring both my dogs here as of recent. Heard about forever vets on bay meadows through friends of mine which also bring their pets here. The experience has been great as well as their demeanor in dealing with my dogs. Left them for grooming and came back to them relaxed and happy. Which is great considering one of them has separation anxiety. Would highly recommend them to other people.
