They are so nice and make the fur babies feel as comfortable as possible. Love Doctor Sorathia. He's very thorough and draws pictures to help me understand what is going on with my pets. he answers any questions I have. Even when it's the next day.
They always take good of our pup. They are always friendly.
Under normal circumstances you guys are really good. That being said it’s extremely inconvenient that I had the wrong dosage of nexguard provided and I had to come back in and swap it out. Also you guys should probably disclose over the phone that there will be an additional cost for higher weight instead of telling people when they go in to swap it out.
They are very good with my little dog. They always take great care of him and call the next day to check on him. No matter what he goes in for I never have to wait.

Dr Mike is awesome and very patient - I had only two hours sleep the night before while taking care of Gabby, having a hard time to concentrate and I made Dr Mike to repeat many things that he has already said; and he repeated and explained again with patience till I could summarize what he said to confirm. Great group of people. They make courtesy calls, send text reminders. They even call back after your doctors appointment to ensure that your pet is doing OK. The grommer is Awesome.
