"Honest salesperson." Honest, no nonsense, professional, expeditive service. Answered all my questions and concerns timely and clearly. Were ready and willing to work with me trough calls and emails (and did that patiently). Would recommend to everyone. "I drive out of my way for great service at Ferman Volvo" Received great service from Sharon and the staff. Scheduled an appointment and there was minimal wait time. Received an estimate prior to authorizing the repairs, and the work was done quickly and within the estimate. Friendly staff, nice facility and complimentary beverages and snack. A top notch service experience, including a complimentary car wash.

"Excellent service worth the drive from Tampa " Allan was very patient in explaining the different options of colors and add on packages we were asking about on the phone and online. It was one of the reasons we decided to make the drive. Steve clearly explained all details and listened to what we wanted about the vehicle, took the time to get the car from the parking lot.
