Had an appt for my Oil Change but was in the area a while hr and 15 mins early, Chuck squeezed me in so I didn’t have to wait for my specific time without a hitch. In and out before my regular appt time would’ve even started.
Overall experience was outstanding. Chuck Henry the service rep who assisted me was exceptional. While being professional, he was understanding about my circumstances . I also appreciated the courtesy pickup.
Truly a great experience. From the time I arrived until driving away in my new Jeep Rubicon, I was treated like a rock star. Had to have the canopy on my Jeep Gladiator repaired. One of the arms was defective. Also had routine oil and tire rotation done. Brian had the guys repair and service the Gladiator at the same time. I was in and out within an hour.
