After 2 years of issues, the Service Department Manager (Bob) and Luke the New Car Sales Manager, finally came true, to all the issues since I bought the 2020 Gladiator.in around November 2019. They started with the wrong foot, with lying about the only "choice of Interest", that was to high for our excellent credit. As always, it was a great experience getting routine oil change and tire rotation services. Mark explained what I needed based upon my mileage/age of vehicle and kept me up to date on how soon everything was complete. He even offered repeatedly to get me a coffee or water while I waited!

I had a flat tire and my car was towed to Ferman. I worked with Brian Guest and he was very understanding with my concerns so he had my car worked on immediately. I also had oil change and tire rotation too. One of the best service centers in my opinion.
