Completely messed up my dash. I have 1 of the 1000 08 Charger SRT8 SuperBee in Pearl Blue made. I took it in for 2 recalls. Onky one was done in which I had to read the paper to let the service person know. The one that was done was the passenger airbag. They completely messed up the dash. Bent the number plate and all. I drove back around, they took it to THE PINK TEAM...and it came right back out stating that they didnt do anything to that area. No return calls There has been a constant problem with my GPS. I've left a message for the GM as the receptionist told me too, the service tech and the other service tech told me the service manager would call me, not one of them did. Yesterday again my GPS had an issue, it told me that I was at my destination but I was not. That was a new one. I was also told by the service tech I would receive one free update and I have not received this.
Service manager was rude Horrible experience ............ .......... ............. Will never purchase another vehicle from here the service department is awful and assume ur lying if they don’t agree with the customer
Oil change I was waiting 2 hrs to get an oil change when I had an appointment. I thought this was very inconvenient and time consuming. What’s the point of having an appointment if I’m gonna wait and it’s as if I walked in off the street.
Bad service advisor. A liar. Screwed up my tire and didn’t take responsibility for it. Then tried to blame me after the service tech damaged it. Talked with another dealership and they said to elevate it to JEEP headquarters.
Lazy service Advisor This was the first time taking my wife’s new Jeep Wrangler in for service and also toget a couple noises checked out that concerned me. The advisor was very unhelpful and didn’t want todo anything more than the oil change and push me out the door. Also once my vehicle was done I had to go locate the advisor and fetch my keys...no one came looking for me in the waiting room while I sat there and wasted my time. recall passenger recall made arrangements for an airbag recall, was supposed to have a rental car while repairs were made, verified via email week before the appt. 1. paperwork had engine light check 2. no rental car available 3. had to wait for the repairs, went there with nothing to eat and had to stay because of wrong information, no rental car. ALL was very unorganized, I was miseralbe.
I just come here because it’s a dealer Prepare to be underwhelmed. I only have my truck serviced here because I know they only use factory parts and products, and the dealership is so large that they have the resources needed if they mess up. Had them make an expensive mistake once and they fixed it appropriately. Prices are higher han smaller places, service is average. Very POOR customer service Made us wait two hours to deliver car, while staff was in a meeting . Rushed paper work when I told I was leaving without buying car. I called later with question about how car worked . I was told I would get a call back . No call. I called and left a VM with sales manager and told him Ibhad question and no one called me back . He did not even call me back . Last time I or my family will do business with Fernan .
