Auto Purchase The sales team of Ken Gilliam & Daniel were very responsive to my early inquires regarding the 2015 Audi Q5 that I was interested in at the time. Having made my VIP appointment for 10 AM on 01/08/2016 I was met by Daniel and then Ken. Ken was very professional, courteous and personal during the entire purchase process. The closing process with the financial team and Daniel & Ken's assistance was very quick and simple. I am extremely satisfied with vehicle purchased and the purchase experience.
new vehicle purchase and pricing Straight forward pricing and no surprises. They make car buying fun. I have purchased three new vehciles from and haven't been let down. Great service department too and will work over issues until you're satisfied.
Buying process could use some tweaking Our experience was positive however, we did have to wait for quite a long time for the paperwork to be printed up then met with the financial officer to sign papers. Not until we met with the financial officer were we presented with extended warranty information. It would have been much more efficient if they would have given us the warranty paperwork to review while we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed.
New car experience Purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from Ferman in Lutz. Our sales person was Amanda Alvarez and she was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Amanda and the Ferman dealership

2015 Jeep Wrangler Sports Unl GREAT customer service!!! When we arrived, I loved the fact that we were able to look around the lot for a little bit before the salesperson came to assist…PERFECT! Vehicle Purchase Had been to several dealerships looking for a mini van for work. Had my best experience at Ferman and purchased a 2014 Town and Country. My sales person was Erik Erazo who was incredible during the whole process. He did not badger me like the other dealerships and has followed up after the sale which has been appreciated.
