AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I couldn't believe how quickly that I was in and out of the dealership. I called ahead to Gentleman Jim and he prepared all my paperwork to help get me in and really fast. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the lounge area with the donuts and soda. Fantastic Amanda Alvarez (our sales rep) was fantastic. She was extremely inviting and made the experience great. She knew what we wanted and gave us that. From there we were dealing with Steven the director of finance and he was awesome. Loved every minute we were there.
15 month check up I had an appointment for my 15 month check-up. Checked in and was told it would take about an hour. Forty minuets later the tech came into the lounge to let me know my Jeep was done. Everything was clean and checked and ready to go. The service lounge is comfortable, clean and offers a selection of drinks.
