Troy hooked me up I accidentally sent my appointment with the other side and Troy took the time to squeeze me in. He also got me a shuttle home. So even though I didn't have an appointment on his side I still got my oil and tires rotated,high speed balanced, and shuttled home. The service was as fast as if I had an appointment. Great job Troy.
Tire issue After getting the hold of the service department and talked with Vic, he made all the arrangement to have my Jeep towed to the dealership and my service adviser Thomas kept in touch with me and had my vehicle ready for pick up same afternoon, thanks guys.
Great experience I came from Fort Lauderdale and bought a new wrangler because I was getting a great deal. When I arrived they were very honest and upfront and honored my deal I had received, unlike many other dealers. When we finished and I went to finance they even impressed me more, getting me an even lower interest rate than I managed to get from my own pre approval saving me even more. (and I have excellent credit). I would definitely go back there again even though it is four hours from my house.

Regularly scheduled oil change Service, professionalism and courtesy are always excellent. I’ve never had an issue and the communication has never had any gray areas or “oops” moments.
Good service . I had my oil changed. They also updated my transmission (computer). I called a couple of days before to try to get an appointment and they fit me in.
Positive service experience Ferman in Lutz was recommended by a friend. The service writers are friendly and professional. Overall, a positive warranty service experience. Hopefully, I won't need to visit again, except for regularly scheduled servicing.
