Buying my first jeep;) Very friendly! Shamir was great even when I kept backing out! He texted me and answered all my questions and followed up after I purchased my wrangler:) Great with the price and gave me a great price on my trade in!! No Headaches! After a disastrous experience at a Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer I decided to try once more at Ferman Dodge. I drove 141 miles from Kissimmee, FL to Ferman Dodge in Tampa to purchase a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T. I was greeted by Jaimi, she was fantastic off the bat! Friendly, courteous and caring! Great service! I received great service for my Jeep! I needed work done on a Saturday because of my work schedule as a teacher. The guys did everything I planned for and even added on a recall task that I just received a notice in the mail for the previous day. I really thought I’d have to make another appointment for that, but they got it all done in a timely manner. Phenomenal Experience I highly suggest this dealership for any of your service or sales needs. Their staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is top notch.
