Service department It was a wonderful experience. Anthony held my hand literally from beginning to end. he did his best to accommodate us, even though our warranty company let us down by not covering the parts that we needed. I will definitely be back.

Going the extra mile I drive past another Dodge dealership to get to this one! Their service is always reliable, they are great to work with, and when I knew it was going to be a long day of services their shuttle took me to the outlet mall with my kids. It was the perfect way to spend the day and the truck was done right when they said it would be. We will be back!

Recall visit Upon arriving for a service recall on my Pacifica, the service agent could not find my electronic appointment in the PC, instead of sending me home he went out of his way to get me scheduled in and at the same time found another recall that had just been issued. The service was completed in a reasonable time and I was on my way.

Great service, fair price! My truck is over a decade old, so I typically expect that the service department will find numerous age-related issues that I then have to question their necessity. This was a nice experience in that they performed just what I needed and didn't try to upsell me to anything else.
