Acknowledgment of clients arrival Overall services is good. Customer service person I was scheduled with ignored my presence. No greeting extended to me as a common courtesy. He saw me enter then continue continued looking at his computer. Customer service person next to him finished with his client, greeted me, I explained that I was who I was scheduled with. At this time I was acknowledged. A customer should no wait without being acknowledged and at least say ‘I will be with you shortly’.
Friendliness Did not take long for approval. It was a little long wait the following day to get steps and the computer program. The computer should’ve been program before.
Service experience I brought my Chrysler in for some routine maintenance. In case I did not have an appointment. Nevertheless, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was able to move on to my next appointment ahead of schedule.
Very professional Brian was very helpful I was supposed to go there on Tuesday and I went there on Monday I got my appointments mixed up and he took me anyway
Great service Great job, friendly staff. Clean amenities. We Were in and out before the original estimated time of repairs. I would recommend the service department to friends and family.
I'm often difficult and they put up with me. They always put their heart and soul into doing a good job. I am not always easy to deal with and they put up with me. Since I have saved so much money on service buying an American car I have them always to a complete detail. My Grand Cherokee is 5 years old now and I still love it.
