Ferman on 54 is the best. I’ve bought or leased 7 vehicles over the past 10 years. Reasons why is we always receive 5 star service from our salesman to the service department. Your team always follows up with me or my wife when our vehicles are being serviced. Also the purchase is never pressured. Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and a great team that stands by there product.

Great Service! They are always friendly and accommodating at Ferman. Kevin and Bob are very easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment and had my vehicle in the shop and back on the road in less than an hour. I have used them for oil changes to a full engine overhaul and always leave happy.
Prompt service Told service would take about 1 is I arrived 30 minutes early they started right away and it was done in 1 hr. Great service

Excellent Experience! Ken Gilliam was great. He didn't take a long time to find the vehicle. It was very clean when we got to test drive it. Ken worked a great deal for us on a pre-owned Ram 1500 Big Horn and we are very pleased with the experience with Ferman! Ken was very knowledgeable, genuine, and kind.
