Warranty Work Service was timely and Tom was excellent. Still smarting from Chrysler voiding the Lifetime Power Train Warranty on my 2009 Challenger for lack of "official" warranty check-up despite perfect maintenance and routine 50,000 and 100,000 checkups. Feel let down by Chrysler and the Dealership. Will have to consider when buying next time

Maintenance Car appointment for regular maintenance at 20,000 miles. Met promptly by Thomas and car was taken back for oil change. Completed oil change, inspection and tire rotation in a timely manner.
