Working with the customer I appreciate Brian Guest working with me and understanding that I am retired military and can not afford an expensive repair bill. Bill Clements jr. is a caring, people oriented person who takes time to understand any concerns and assures the customer the vehicle will be serviced correctly! The sales department, especially Mike Petrakis, is the same way...very people/customer oriented! You feel like family!
A Very Pleasant Experience My experience with Ferman CJDR could not have been better, especially with the salesman, Jason Speed. I live near Orlando and had to drive over 100 miles to this dealership to pick up my new Dodge Challenger Widebody Hellcat Redeye and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
