My free diagnostics cost me $107. After receiving three free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey for an estimate. At the end of the day, the price for repair was more then twice that of the other service centers in the area and it cost me $107 for information that I already had. I hAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM THIS MAN. iN ALL MY DEALINGS WITH rAY, hE HAS ALWAYS PRESENTED A VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST DEALS. HE IS AN ASSET TO FERMAN. AT LAST COUNT, I BELIEVE I HAVE PURCHASED (7) VEHICLES FROM FERMAN AND THIS SALESMAN!!!
These people and their customer service has no problem in doing anything to get you to drive any distance to look at their used inventory. They lied to me about a truck BIG TIME! THE TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED ON THE REAR AND WORN OUT, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AT 50%. HAD A LOT OF RUST IN THE BED OF IT, THE HITCH WAS SO RUSTED IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED.
